With property values notices going out, this is your chance to contest your appraised value, which could help lower your property tax bill.
Now is NOT the time for taxes to go up on struggling folks!

■ Deadline to file your online contest is May 21!
■ NOTE ON DEADLINE: Appraisal notices went out on April 29th. Deadline to protest is on your appraisal form. May 29 is a common deadline. The deadline is quickly approaching!
San Saba County
■ Deadline: Appraisal notices will be mailed May 11. Protests are due 30 days later – June 11 is the deadline to protest.
■ Note: Best to call that day and get your name on the list for the over-the-phone Appraisal Review Board.
